Cooking Instructions

Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 5 for : 60-65 minutes Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Once cooked, the pan juices will make a great rich gravy.
