Processing, Shipping and Delivery

If you wish to cancel/change your order, you may do so within the 24 hour period prior to collection/delivery. Please get in touch by phoning us or email and we will be happy to help.

If a product is not available that you have ordered we will get in touch and look for an alternative or refund, depending on each customer’s decision.

If you are not home to receive your online order, we will leave the goods in a cool box with ice packs to ensure your order is kept fresh, in the designated safe place that you have stated with your order (for example: a shed or a neighbour’s house). Once someone has taken receipt of the order or left your order in the designated safe place, we are not liable for loss or further delay of the goods. Local deliveries will be delivered personally by one of our Charles McHardy refrigerated vehicles.

We pack all products in vacuum pack bags or sealed trays to ensure maximum freshness, keeping your order at the optimum temperature during delivery, allowing us to deliver the best of quality for you to enjoy.

Returns Information

IF YOUR ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR OTHERWISE FAULTY

We always check our orders prior to sending out, however sometimes mistakes can be made! If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us and we will correct your order or issue a refund.

Once your online order has been placed and we begin to process your order (24 hours before collection/delivery) it is non-refundable and cancellation is not accepted. If you are unable to collect your online order and we cannot get in touch with you within 48 hours, you may lose out on your order and will not be refunded.

Please do not post the item back unless requested by a member of our team.

RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASONS

Due to the nature of our perishable goods, we do not offer refunds for any other reasons.

Gift cards and other similar items are also non-refundable.

Pricing and Payments

All listed prices are in Pound Sterling (£) exclusive of VAT. Products listed on this website are VAT exempt. Any exemptions to this will be clearly marked.

VAT will be charged on certain shipping classes.

Prices may change without notice.

We operate a £20 minimum spend on our online store. Please visit our shop in person for smaller spends.

Payments are accepted through our payment vendors- Paypal, Stripe & PaymentSense.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Scots law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
