Our family’s long history in butchery began in 1935 when my grandfather, Robert Mackie Clark, bought a small butcher shop on Inverbervie’s main street. It progressed through the years and became a busy family-run business.

We make all of our ready prepared dishes, marinated stir-fry’s, kebabs, burgers, sausages and a great selection of homemade pies in our shops, buying only the best of Scottish meats from farm to plate.

We source as much of our produce from in and around the North-East buying the finest and best of local meats, fish, veg and condiments. We try and support as much local producers, keeping a strong working relationship.
