Pork chops offers a lean tasty center, but with a mouthwatering fat cover that gives rich, juicy flavours.  Ideal for easy mid-week meals, or Saturday night treats, this delicious cut is a very popular choice across Scotland with great flavour from the bone.


Cooking Instructions

Heat 1tbsp of oil in a suitable frying pan over a high heat. Then cook your chop to your liking turning occasionally.

Approx 4-5 minutes each side then rest for 1 minute.
