All of our fish is locally sourced from Gourdon a small local fishing village, Stephens fishmonger delivery's us with the freshest of fish daily from the sea to your plate. We bread the fish in panko to safe you time. This is one of our finest and most popular lines that is superb quality and will be sure to impress.

For best results shallow fry in oil until piping hot throughout and cooked thoroughly.
Shallow frying your breaded fish will make it crisp it up and be golden brown.
