Why can't I complete my order? My basket says 'No shipping options found'.
Our full catalogue of produce isn't available for order on Christmas or New Year delivery/collection dates. Instead, we have created 2 new shop categories with this year's chosen seasonal line-up.
Adding a product from either of the festive categories to your basket will default delivery/collection options to the dates listed above. You can't mix and match products from our full catalogue, Christmas or New Year. These orders will have to be separated.
If you are having problems checking out, please check you haven't mixed different festive categories into the same order. If you think something else is wrong, please get in touch with us.
Can I modify the contents of your festive packages and substitute other items?
Unfortunately not. We make these packs up in advance, so substituting items becomes very difficult.
If you have some items you would like to add to your pack (e.g gluten free chipolatas), we suggest purchasing in-store in advance for freezing.
Why are there no nationwide delivery options for Christmas or New Year?
We don't want to disappoint our customers, and by relying on 3rd party couriers we leave ourselves open to Festive season shipping delays. Therefore, our Christmas and New Year category items will not be available for courier delivery this year and we will only be offering local deliveries & collections.
We appreciate that some of our customers further afield might be disappointed, but we would like to remind you that many of our Christmas/New Year items are available to purchase in our core product line allowing you to order these items for nationwide delivery up until the 15th of December. You can order these items ahead of time and freeze in preparation for the festive season ahead.
